I said "clutch to the floor" instead of saying "clutch in" vs. "clutch out" bc I think ppl use that term with their own definition. And for some reason, revving the engine helps get it into 1st while rolling. This is instead of keeping the rpm's at their "idle level" while trying to jam it into 1st gear. I don't know why this helps either, but it has been the case on all 4 of my Z's, so I'm guessing I'm doing something right.
